Parts of western, central, southern, and eastern Oklahoma; northern, central, southern, and eastern Texas; northern, western, and southeastern Louisiana; southern, eastern, northern, and western Arkansas; southern, central, and northern Mississippi; and eastern, central and western Tennessee experienced temperatures 4 to 6 degrees F (2.22 to 3.33 degrees C) above normal.
